We now want others to benefit from this team and as such offer a full project management package (from a light spruce up to full renovation).

This helps investors free up their highly valuable time and allows them to purchase properties which they may not have otherwise considered due to not having the know how or network behind them to take on renovations.

 

During this service the investor will receive an initial schedule of works which is planned according to a set budget and timeframe. A Virrco agent will then be assigned to take care of everything. This will include: project design, refurbishment and value adding ideas, meeting and planning with trades persons, organising them in the correct order, ensuring schedules are met, regular site visits and regular customer updates.

A set, pre agreed fee is added to the trades invoices to cover the management service. This ensures that there are no hidden fees or overcharging.
 

The team includes: Mortgage broker, Solicitor, Surveyor, Electrician, Plumber, Roofer, Plasterers, Joiner, Handy Man, Decorator, Labourers, Estate agent.

15% on top of project spend
